Shipping & Order Policy

Every YONDER drop is made in intentionally small quantities. To keep our production sustainable and our prices fair, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Shipping

YONDER ships exclusively within Canada and the United States from our studio in Toronto, Canada.

Processing & Carriers

  • Canada: Canada Post

  • United States: Third-party cross-border logistics provider (may include UPS, FedEx, or Purolator via a customs broker)

Processing time: Up to 3 business days

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs inspection, or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

Canada

  • Orders under $100 CAD → Flat fee $9.99 CAD

  • Orders over $100 CAD → Free shipping

United States

  • Flat rate: $15 USD

  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees fully covered by YONDER (Delivered Duty Paid)

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes
YONDER does not ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier and customs limitations.
Orders placed with a P.O. Box may be cancelled and refunded.

United States Coverage
We ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states + Washington, D.C. (49 total).

Excluded:

  • All U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Orders placed with excluded addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, YONDER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package cannot be located after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order items and made-to-order pieces may ship separately.
If you place multiple orders, each may ship at different times depending on production readiness.

Customs & Duties

Canada:
No duties or customs fees apply.

United States:
Your checkout total is final.
YONDER acts as the importer of record and pays all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required for U.S. entry.
You will not pay any additional fees upon delivery.
